On April 1, BlueCross and BlueShield integrated with Optum Rx as ICUBA's new pharmacy benefit manager. Human Resources would like to remind faculty and staff about this change as it will mean the new BlueCross and BlueShield member ID card must be used for prescription pharmacy benefits.
ICUBA members have access to the ICUBAcares Pharmacist Advocate Program to help answer prescription pharmacy benefit questions. View your benefits in the My Health Toolkit.
